A 19th-century French candlestick in the Louis XVI style, newly converted into a cordless table lamp. The gilt metal base features a tapered stem with fluted and foliate detailing, acanthus decoration and a circular foot finished with a beaded border.
Sourced in France and converted to preserve the original candlestick while giving it a new function. The aged gilt finish and areas of wear have been left intact.
Patina and surface variation to the gilt brass consistent with age.
