Antique Spanish Terracotta Orza
$575.00
Antique Spanish terracotta orza, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. Traditionally used as a utilitarian storage vessel, the hand-thrown jar features a tall tapered form, two small handles and a wide rolled rim.
The exterior remains largely unglazed, revealing the natural texture and variation of the earthenware, while the interior and rim retain an olive-toned glaze. Visible throwing marks, firing irregularities and extensive surface wear reflect its handmade construction and original use.
